1 Cup of Quinoa
1/2 a cup of Red Kidney Beans
A few choped sun blushed tomatoes
Half a handful of fresh mint chopped
A palm hand sized slice of ripe mango diced
Two dates, finely chopped
1 small advacado chopped
A tablespoon of sesame oil
Cover Quinoa with 1/4 inch of water
Bring to boil on a low heat then switch off until fluffy.
Leave for a few minutes then mix into ingredients.
