I don't know anyone who doesn't want to come home, especially at the weekend to a lovely, delicious meal. Even better to be served and pampered and experience the delicacies of the ambient tastes of the Jamaican North coast in your home.

The Caribbean Way

Sunday afternoon saw me go over to Surrey where I had the opportunity to share my culinary skills.

We cooked oven baked Jerk Chicken with traditional rice and peas. 

The Vegan/Vegetarian option Pumpkin and Potato Soup.
