The Caribbean Way

Sunday afternoon saw me go over to Surrey where I had the opportunity to share my culinary skills.

We cooked oven baked Jerk Chicken with traditional rice and peas. 

The Vegan/Vegetarian option Pumpkin and Potato Soup.
